Winchester Gardens
Winchester Gardens is a continuing care retirement community in Maplewood, New Jersey. Branding focused on marketing the one-of-a-kind community by showcasing the history of the architecture and the beauty of the landscape. The secondary focus was to improve the target audiences’ opinion of the neighborhood surrounding the community – which was less than desirable.
